Material Girl & Maker Space

The Maker Space can be rented for private retreats. THERE IS A LIMIT OF 10 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2020. The cost is $50.00 per day and allows you unlimited access to the sewing room and kitchen area.  You will receive a key or key code and be responsible for opening and closing the room at the times you select.  $20 Cleaning fee (not included in the price of room rental) will be charged as well for ALL retreats. This fee covers cleaning and disinfecting the classroom and kitchen areas.
A Sit and Sew is only from the hours of 9am-4pm, on days when the shop is open.  Sit and Sew cost is $10 per person. If the shop is not open on the day you are sewing and you receive a key, you will be charged the Retreat price.  For a Sit and Sew, you must take your machine home with you at the end of the day.  You are also responsible for cleaning up after your sew day, including vacuuming and cleaning off sewing and kitchen tables, and emptying the trash.

Our large crafting room is 40 x 40 with 12 large tables, 3 cutting stations with mats and 3 ironing stations and irons.
We offer a full kitchen, a dining area, 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms with space for up to 8 to sleep over. A Great Place for your next getaway!
